Shipping, Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Shipping

Need an item expedited? Please contact us at SarahsTeam@framedbysarah.com, and we’d love to help with your request. Most orders are shipped through USPS. You will receive an email when your item ships. We trust that your merchandise will arrive safely. Please check all items for possible shipping damage upon receipt. If any damage is found, please email pictures to SarahsTeam@framedbysarah.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will help you file a claim with USPS.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, please email SarahsTeam@framedbysarah.com for return instructions. We accept returns of unused items within 30 days of purchase, with the original receipt. The amount of your original purchase will be refunded, excluding shipping charges, in accordance with our Refund Policy (see below). PLEASE NOTE: subscriptions, custom orders, special-order merchandise, sale, and personalized items are not returnable.

We’re sad to see you go! To cancel your subscription or membership, please visit https://framedbysarah.com/my-account-2 and fill out the cancellation form. You can also update your payment method, billing/shipping address, and box/t-shirt sizing through this link. Cancellation requests must be received 14 days before your billing date, or you will be charged for the following month. If a payment fails due to an invalid payment method, we may attempt to reprocess the payment or suspend your subscription until a valid payment method is provided.

Refund Policy

At Framed! by Sarah, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase or subscription. This Refund Policy outlines our process for refunds and payment disputes, including issues with recurring payments for Framed! Monogram Box, Framed! T-Shirt Subscriptions, or Framed! Tees 4 Teachers.

Returns for Physical Products

If you’re not satisfied with a physical product, you may return unused items within 30 days of purchase for a refund, excluding shipping charges. Please email SarahsTeam@framedbysarah.com for return instructions. You must provide the original receipt. Note: subscriptions, custom orders, special-order merchandise, sale, and personalized items are not returnable.

Refunds for Subscriptions

Subscriptions are non-returnable, but you may cancel your subscription at any time via https://framedbysarah.com/my-account-2. Cancellation requests must be received 14 days before your billing date to avoid charges for the next month. If a payment fails due to an invalid or detached payment method (e.g., due to technical errors), you must update your payment method promptly. We may attempt to reprocess the payment before suspending your subscription.

Payment Disputes

If you experience issues with payments, such as failed charges or detached payment methods, please contact SarahsTeam@framedbysarah.com within 30 days. You agree to allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue (e.g., reattaching payment methods or processing refunds) before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider (e.g., Stripe). Refunds for failed transactions due to technical errors will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, subject to Stripe’s terms.
