Monogram Box FAQ

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY MONTHLY MONOGRAM BOX?

Your payment will be drafted on the 1st of each month.  Boxes will be packed and ready for pickup or shipping within 15 days of that payment, sometimes earlier!  If you sign up after the 1st of the month, then your payment will be drafted the following month on the 1st.  

 

IF I LIVE OUT OF TOWN, CAN MY MONOGRAM BOX BE SHIPPED?

YES!  We can ship for an additional $9.95/month.  Just choose that option at checkout.  Local pickup at our Wichita Falls, Texas warehouse is free.  We are open for subscription & order pickup Mondays & Tuesdays 9-3 and Thursdays 9-6. 

 

IS EVERYTHING IN THE MONOGRAM BOX PERSONALIZED?

Each Monogram Box contains at least 1 personalized item, sometimes more!

 

WHAT IF I DON’T WANT MY ITEMS PERSONALIZED?

On the sales page, you can choose to have your items in your items left blank.  

 

IF I SUBSCRIBE TO THE COMBO BOX, WILL MY MONOGRAM BOX AND T-SHIRT CLUB SHIP SEPARATELY? 

No, your t-shirt will be added to your Box that’s already shipped each month. One shipping fee for both!

 

HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT METHOD? 

Please visit this link https://framedbysarah.com/my-account-2 and log into your account.  You’ll see a place to update your payment method, contact info and billing/shipping address information on your dashboard.  

 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SIZING OR MONOGRAM FOR MY BOX? 

Please visit this link https://framedbysarah.com/my-account-2 and fill out the form to update your sizing & other preferences.

 

IS THERE A COMMITMENT OR CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?

There is no long term commitment.  We hope you love your boxes!  But, if you need to cancel your subscription, please visit this link https://framedbysarah.com/my-account-2 and fill out the form to cancel your subscription.  Please note – cancellation requests must be received 14 days before your billing date (1st of the month) or you will be charged for the following month.

Framed! T-Shirt Club and Tees 4 Teachers Club FAQ

HOW DOES THE SIZING RUN ON THE MONTHLY T-SHIRTS?

All shirts are unisex sized for the perfect fit!  We offer Adult Sizes Small-3X Large.  See sizing chart below for more info.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY MONTHLY T-SHIRT? 

Your payment will be drafted on the 5th of the month for the Framed! T-Shirt Club and on the 26th of the month for the Tees 4 Teachers Club.  Shirts are packed and ready for shipping or pickup within 5 days of their respective payment draft date. If you sign up after the payment draft date, then you will be drafted the next month and receive that month’s tee.

 

IF I LIVE OUT OF TOWN, CAN MY SHIRT BE SHIPPED?

Yes! We can ship your t-shirt for an additional $5.00/month.  Local pickup at our Wichita Falls, Texas warehouse is free.  We are open for subscription & order pickup Mondays & Tuesdays 9-3 and Thursdays 9-6. 

 

IF I’M A CURRENT MONOGRAM BOX SUBSCRIBER, CAN I ADD MY TEE TO MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes!  You can add the Framed! Monthly T-Shirt Club to your Monogram box by upgrading to the Combo Monogram Box or the Ultimate Monogram Box and your items will ship together.  You can upgrade by emailing us at SarahsTeam@framedbysarah.com and we’ll be happy to take care of that for you!  Because of the later payment draft date of the Tees 4 Teacher T-Shirt Club, we are not able to add it to your Monogram Box.  We don’t want you to have to wait that long to get your super cute teacher tee!

 

IF I’M A CURRENT MONOGRAM BOX SUBSCRIBER, WILL I BE CHARGED EXTRA SHIPPING?

No, your Framed! T-Shirt Club Tee will be added to your box that’s already shipped each month.

If we have your size in stock, we are happy to exchange sizes.  Just email our team at SarahsTeam@framedbysarah.com for return instructions.  If you’ll pay to ship it to us, we’ll pay for shipping the new tee back to you!
